Thursday Night Reception

The Thursday night reception will begin at 6:00 pm and will take place inside the The George Bush Presidential Library and Museum

Join us for light finger food and refreshments while you walk through the museum and network with your fellow conference attendees. The goal of the reception is for for everyone to meet every conference attendee.

After the reception you can enjoy a dinner with friends at one of the many fine restaurants within walking distance of the university.

Friday Night Social Activity

After the final session you can enjoy a dinner with friends at one of the many fine restaurants within walking distance of the university.

There is always something interesting going on in Bryan-College Station, from live jazz in downtown Bryan Friday, August 8, dancing or Movie theaters. Plan your Friday night social with colleagues by visiting the visit aggieland.com website.

A light continental breakfast with juice, coffee, tea & water will be provided in the Common Area. Be sure to wear your name tag. The hotel has a very good restaurant that provides a more complete breakfast at a reasonable price.

Thursday Lunch - Welcome and Keynote presentation
Noon - 1:45 p.m.

Lunch will be at the Annenberg Presidential Conference Center room 1011B & C. The lunch will include a welcome presentation, but the focus of the lunch is to provide a networking opportunity. The keynote presentation will be before lunch.

Refreshment Breaks - In the common area of the Annenberg Presidential Conference Center

Thursday Reception - at The George Bush Presidential Library and Museum
6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

The Thursday night reception will take place inside The George Bush Presidential Library and Museum. Join us for light finger food and refreshments while you network with your fellow conference attendees. The reception will have an organized activity designed so everyone will know the name and interest area of every other attendee.

Refreshment Breaks - In the common area of the Annenberg Presidential Conference Center

We will be featuring refreshments during the Morning and afternoon breaks on Thursday and Friday. Breaks will include coffee/tea, soft drinks, water and snacks. Don't miss the ice cream Friday afternoon.

Friday Lunch - KeyNote presentation
Noon - 1:45 p.m.

Lunch will be at the Annenberg Presidential Conference Center Room 1011C. The keynote presentation will be before lunch.
