Thursday Night Reception

The Thursday night reception will begin at 6:00 pm and will take place inside the Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hall & Museum on the University of Pittsburgh Campus. The Museum is Pittsburgh's oldest and best known historical landmark and the Nation's only Military Museum dedicated to honoring the men and women of all branches of service, the citizen as well as the professional soldier. Within this stately structure are exhibits displaying military artifacts and personal mementos.

Join us for light finger food and refreshments while you walk through the museum and network with your fellow conference attendees. The goal of the reception is for for everyone to meet every conference attendee. The Swanson School of Engineering will also have a number of individual guided tours of the Swanson School of Engineering facilities between 5:30 - 6:00 pm.

After the reception you can enjoy a dinner with friends at one of the many fine restaurants within walking distance of the university. Use this map for a list of local restaurants, or just go explore on your own.

Thursday Lunch - University Club
Noon - 1:30 p.m.

Lunch will be at the new University Club. The lunch will include a welcome presentation, but the focus of the lunch is to provide a networking opportunity.

Thursday Reception - at Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hall & Museum
6:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

The Thursday night reception will take place inside the Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hall & Museum. Join us for light finger food and refreshments while you network with your fellow conference attendees. The reception will have an organized activity designed so everyone will know the name and interest area of every other attendee.

Friday Breakfast - In the Third Floor Common Area
7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.

A light breakfast of coffee, juice and rolls will be provided in the Third Floor Common Area. Be sure to wear your name tag. The hotel has a very good restaurant that provides a more complete breakfast at a reasonable price.

Refreshment Breaks - In the Third Floor Common Area

We will be featuring refreshments during the Morning and afternoon breaks on Thursday and Friday. Breaks will include coffee/tea, soft drinks, water and snacks. Don't miss the ice cream Friday afternoon.

Friday Lunch - University Club

Lunch will be at the new University Club. The lunch will include a keynote presentation.
